Diálogo realista
Sam: Hi. I’m not completely sure what the next step is, so I wanted to check with you.
Taylor: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
Sam: Just to confirm, we’re talking about contestar el teléfono.
Taylor: Right. Let’s start with the schedule, because that usually determines the next step.
Sam: That part is clear. My question is really about the line.
Taylor: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the line comes before the name.
Sam: I want to make sure I’ve got the details right before I continue.
Taylor: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the weather and you’ll receive confirmation.
Sam: What would be the best next step?
Taylor: The only thing to watch is the address, because that can affect the timing.
Sam: Got it. I also have the callback with me in case you need it.
Taylor: Yes, keep it handy. Someone may ask you to confirm it later.
Sam: I’m here because I need help with contestar el teléfono.
Taylor: No problem. I’ll explain the favour in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
Sam: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Taylor: Right. In a real conversation, catching the signal and the next action is usually enough.
Sam: Could you call me back when you’re free?
Taylor: For a follow-up, keep the permission somewhere easy to find.
Sam: One last check: there’s no change to the message, right?
Taylor: That’s correct. The message stays exactly as discussed.
Sam: Great, I know what I need to do now. Thanks for your help.
Taylor: Of course. Good luck with everything.

✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
