Diálogo realista
Customer: Hi. I’m not completely sure what the next step is, so I wanted to check with you.
Assistant: No problem. Let’s start with the most important point.
Customer: When will it be delivered?
Assistant: Thanks. I’ll check the small first and then we can deal with the rest.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the colour works here?
Assistant: Sure. In this case, the colour depends on the trousers.
Customer: Could I check one thing? I don’t want to misunderstand the timing.
Assistant: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the medium and you’ll receive confirmation.
Customer: I’d like to return this.
Assistant: That’s a good question. If the delivery changes, let us know as soon as possible.
Customer: Got it. I also have the card with me in case you need it.
Assistant: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
Customer: Where are the changing rooms?
Assistant: Absolutely. Let’s go through the fit slowly so you know exactly what it means.
Customer: Thanks. The vocabulary is actually easier when I can connect it to the situation.
Assistant: That’s a good approach. Listen for the refund, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
Customer: Could you recommend something similar?
Assistant: If you need to follow up, refer to the price so the next person can see the history.
Customer: Before I go, can I confirm the changing room as well?
Assistant: Yes, the changing room is unchanged. You’re all set.
Customer: Could you also show me where the jacket appears? I want to recognise it next time.
Assistant: Of course. You’ll usually hear “jacket” together with a date, number or next action. If you miss it, ask the person to repeat that specific part.
Customer: Perfect. That answers my questions. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.
Assistant: No problem at all. Take care.

✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?

Evitá copiar estructuras del español. En inglés cambian tanto la construcción como el registro de cortesía.
