Diálogo realista
Customer: Hello. I have a quick question before we get started.
Assistant: Sure. What would you like to check first?
Customer: Do you have this in a different size?
Assistant: Right. Let’s start with the discount, because that usually determines the next step.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the fit works here?
Assistant: Yes. We normally confirm the fit and then update the delivery.
Customer: Could I check one thing? I don’t want to misunderstand the timing.
Assistant: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the cash and you’ll receive confirmation.
Customer: How much is it?
Assistant: The only thing to watch is the trousers, because that can affect the timing.
Customer: That helps. Should I keep the refund available for the next step?
Assistant: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
Customer: Could you recommend something similar?
Assistant: No problem. I’ll explain the small in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
Customer: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Assistant: Exactly. You don’t need every word. Focus on the receipt and any instruction that follows it.
Customer: Do you have this in a larger size?
Assistant: For a follow-up, keep the jacket somewhere easy to find.
Customer: One last check: there’s no change to the large, right?
Assistant: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
Customer: Before we finish, could you give me one example using “colour” so I know I understood it?
Assistant: Sure. In this context, “colour” is the detail people usually mention when they confirm the arrangement. You don’t need a long answer; a short confirmation is enough.
Customer: Perfect. That answers my questions. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.
Assistant: You’re welcome. Have a good day.
