Diálogo realista
User: Hi, I was hoping you could help me with something.
Support: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
User: I’ve attached a screenshot.
Support: Thanks. I’ll check the software first and then we can deal with the rest.
User: That part is clear. My question is really about the upload.
Support: Sure. In this case, the upload depends on the security.
User: Could I check one thing? I don’t want to misunderstand the timing.
Support: Correct. The error is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
User: Let me walk you through it.
Support: That’s a good question. If the comment changes, let us know as soon as possible.
User: Got it. I also have the access with me in case you need it.
Support: Yes, keep it handy. Someone may ask you to confirm it later.
User: I’m getting an error message.
Support: No problem. I’ll explain the follower in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
User: That’s helpful. I understand the general idea; I just want to avoid missing one important detail.
Support: Exactly. You don’t need every word. Focus on the profile and any instruction that follows it.
User: Could you grant me access?
Support: If you need to follow up, refer to the permission so the next person can see the history.
User: Before I go, can I confirm the bug as well?
Support: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
User: Could you also show me where the screen appears? I want to recognise it next time.
Support: Sure. In this context, “screen” is the detail people usually mention when they confirm the arrangement. You don’t need a long answer; a short confirmation is enough.
User: Thanks. I’ve written down the main points, so I should be all set.
Support: No problem at all. Take care.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you explain it.
✓ Could you confirm it for me?
✕ Tell me the software.
✓ Could you tell me about the software, please?
