Diálogo realista
Alex: Hi there. I need some help with this situation and I have the main information with me.
Morgan: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
Alex: From my experience, the main point is…
Morgan: Right. Let’s start with the experience, because that usually determines the next step.
Alex: Okay. Could you explain how the meeting works here?
Morgan: Yes. We normally confirm the meeting and then update the update.
Alex: Let me repeat that back to make sure I understood you correctly.
Morgan: Correct. The schedule is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
Alex: Let me give you a quick update.
Morgan: The only thing to watch is the portfolio, because that can affect the timing.
Alex: Got it. I also have the application with me in case you need it.
Morgan: Yes. It’s better to have it ready, especially if we need to verify a detail.
Alex: I’m here because I need help with networking profesional.
Morgan: Absolutely. Let’s go through the message slowly so you know exactly what it means.
Alex: Thanks. The vocabulary is actually easier when I can connect it to the situation.
Morgan: That’s a good approach. Listen for the feedback, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
Alex: That works for me.
Morgan: If anything changes, contact us and mention the responsibility. That will help us find your details quickly.
Alex: Okay, I’ll do that. And the manager stays the same, correct?
Morgan: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
Alex: That’s much clearer now. I appreciate your time.
Morgan: You’re welcome. I’m glad we could sort it out.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you explain it.
✓ Could you confirm it for me?
✕ Tell me the experience.
✓ Could you tell me about the experience, please?
