Diálogo realista
Alex: Hi, I was hoping you could help me with something.
Morgan: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
Alex: I’m here because I need help with primer día de trabajo.
Morgan: Thanks. I’ll check the role first and then we can deal with the rest.
Alex: I have that. I’m less certain about the feedback.
Morgan: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the feedback comes before the responsibility.
Alex: Could I check one thing? I don’t want to misunderstand the timing.
Morgan: Correct. The project is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
Alex: Could we go over the details for primer día de trabajo?
Morgan: That’s a good question. If the schedule changes, let us know as soon as possible.
Alex: Got it. I also have the deadline with me in case you need it.
Morgan: Yes. It’s better to have it ready, especially if we need to verify a detail.
Alex: Could I clarify something before we continue?
Morgan: Absolutely. Let’s go through the meeting slowly so you know exactly what it means.
Alex: Thanks. The vocabulary is actually easier when I can connect it to the situation.
Morgan: Exactly. You don’t need every word. Focus on the update and any instruction that follows it.
Alex: I appreciate the feedback.
Morgan: If anything changes, contact us and mention the experience. That will help us find your details quickly.
Alex: Okay, I’ll do that. And the team stays the same, correct?
Morgan: Yes, the team is unchanged. You’re all set.
Alex: Perfect. That answers my questions. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.
Morgan: No problem at all. Take care.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you explain it.
✓ Could you confirm it for me?
✕ Tell me the role.
✓ Could you tell me about the role, please?
