Diálogo realista
Traveler: Hello. I have a quick question before we get started.
Agent: Sure. What would you like to check first?
Traveler: Could we go over the details for explicar una emergencia durante un viaje?
Agent: Thanks. I’ll check the help first and then we can deal with the rest.
Traveler: I have that. I’m less certain about the reservation.
Agent: Sure. In this case, the reservation depends on the connection.
Traveler: Let me repeat that back to make sure I understood you correctly.
Agent: Correct. The passport is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
Traveler: What are my options?
Agent: It depends on the location. If that stays the same, the process is straightforward.
Traveler: Okay. I brought the boarding pass too, because I wasn’t sure whether it was required.
Agent: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
Traveler: I have a reservation under…
Agent: Sure. The police is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
Traveler: Thanks. The vocabulary is actually easier when I can connect it to the situation.
Agent: Exactly. You don’t need every word. Focus on the platform and any instruction that follows it.
Traveler: What time does it leave?
Agent: If anything changes, contact us and mention the safe place. That will help us find your details quickly.
Traveler: Okay, I’ll do that. And the gate stays the same, correct?
Agent: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
Traveler: Could you also show me where the incident appears? I want to recognise it next time.
Agent: Sure. In this context, “incident” is the detail people usually mention when they confirm the arrangement. You don’t need a long answer; a short confirmation is enough.
Traveler: Great, I know what I need to do now. Thanks for your help.
Agent: Of course. Good luck with everything.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I’d like you to check it.
✕ Tell me the help.
✓ Could you tell me about the help, please?
