Diálogo realista
Traveler: Hello. I have a quick question before we get started.
Agent: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
Traveler: I’m here because I need help with ir a la playa.
Agent: Right. Let’s start with the recommendation, because that usually determines the next step.
Traveler: That part is clear. My question is really about the departure.
Agent: Sure. In this case, the departure depends on the guide.
Traveler: Could I check one thing? I don’t want to misunderstand the timing.
Agent: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the counter and you’ll receive confirmation.
Traveler: I have a reservation under…
Agent: It depends on the destination. If that stays the same, the process is straightforward.
Traveler: Okay. I brought the gate too, because I wasn’t sure whether it was required.
Agent: Yes, keep it handy. Someone may ask you to confirm it later.
Traveler: Is this the right line for…?
Agent: Sure. The attraction is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
Traveler: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Agent: Right. In a real conversation, catching the opening hours and the next action is usually enough.
Traveler: My booking number is…
Agent: For a follow-up, keep the delay somewhere easy to find.
Traveler: Before I go, can I confirm the platform as well?
Agent: That’s correct. The platform stays exactly as discussed.
Traveler: Could you also show me where the connection appears? I want to recognise it next time.
Agent: Of course. You’ll usually hear “connection” together with a date, number or next action. If you miss it, ask the person to repeat that specific part.
Traveler: That’s much clearer now. I appreciate your time.
Agent: You’re welcome. I’m glad we could sort it out.
