Diálogo realista
Customer: Hi. I’m not completely sure what the next step is, so I wanted to check with you.
Assistant: No problem. Let’s start with the most important point.
Customer: Is there another option?
Assistant: Thanks. I’ll check the bag first and then we can deal with the rest.
Customer: I have that. I’m less certain about the recommendation.
Assistant: Yes. We normally confirm the recommendation and then update the aisle.
Customer: Let me repeat that back to make sure I understood you correctly.
Assistant: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the cashier and you’ll receive confirmation.
Customer: Could you recommend something similar?
Assistant: The only thing to watch is the product, because that can affect the timing.
Customer: That helps. Should I keep the size available for the next step?
Assistant: Yes, keep it handy. Someone may ask you to confirm it later.
Customer: Can I try this on?
Assistant: Absolutely. Let’s go through the produce slowly so you know exactly what it means.
Customer: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Assistant: That’s a good approach. Listen for the order, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
Customer: How much is it?
Assistant: If anything changes, contact us and mention the colour. That will help us find your details quickly.
Customer: Okay, I’ll do that. And the fit stays the same, correct?
Assistant: That’s correct. The fit stays exactly as discussed.
Customer: I have one final vocabulary question about the stock. What should I listen for?
Assistant: Of course. You’ll usually hear “stock” together with a date, number or next action. If you miss it, ask the person to repeat that specific part.
Customer: Perfect. That answers my questions. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.
Assistant: You’re welcome. I’m glad we could sort it out.
