Diálogo realista
Customer: Hi, I was hoping you could help me with something.
Assistant: Certainly. What information do you already have?
Customer: When will it be delivered?
Assistant: Right. Let’s start with the exchange, because that usually determines the next step.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the receipt works here?
Assistant: Yes. We normally confirm the receipt and then update the recipient.
Customer: That makes sense. Can I confirm exactly what happens next?
Assistant: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the size and you’ll receive confirmation.
Customer: Could you recommend something similar?
Assistant: That’s a good question. If the delivery changes, let us know as soon as possible.
Customer: Got it. I also have the signature with me in case you need it.
Assistant: Yes, keep it handy. Someone may ask you to confirm it later.
Customer: Just to confirm, we’re talking about seguir un envío.
Assistant: Sure. The card is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
Customer: That’s helpful. I understand the general idea; I just want to avoid missing one important detail.
Assistant: Right. In a real conversation, catching the order and the next action is usually enough.
Customer: Can I try this on?
Assistant: If you need to follow up, refer to the stock so the next person can see the history.
Customer: Before I go, can I confirm the tracking number as well?
Assistant: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
Customer: I have one final vocabulary question about the product. What should I listen for?
Assistant: Of course. You’ll usually hear “product” together with a date, number or next action. If you miss it, ask the person to repeat that specific part.
Customer: That’s much clearer now. I appreciate your time.
Assistant: Of course. Good luck with everything.

“Just to confirm…” y “So, if I understood correctly…” son recursos normales en inglés profesional y cotidiano.

✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I want that you check it.
✓ I’d like you to check it.
Evitá copiar estructuras del español. En inglés cambian tanto la construcción como el registro de cortesía.
✕ Tell me the exchange.
✓ Could you tell me about the exchange, please?
Agregar could y please hace que un pedido de información suene mucho más natural.
