Diálogo realista
Customer: Good morning. I’m here to sort out something and I want to make sure I explain it clearly.
Representative: Absolutely. Give me the key details and I’ll see what we can do.
Customer: I need help, please.
Representative: Okay. The first thing we should look at is the bill.
Customer: I have that. I’m less certain about the help.
Representative: Yes. We normally confirm the help and then update the emergency.
Customer: Let me repeat that back to make sure I understood you correctly.
Representative: Yes, that’s right. Once the document is confirmed, there shouldn’t be any other action for you today.
Customer: Thank you for looking into it.
Representative: The only thing to watch is the report, because that can affect the timing.
Customer: Got it. I also have the confirmation with me in case you need it.
Representative: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
Customer: I’d like to report a problem.
Representative: No problem. I’ll explain the safe place in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
Customer: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Representative: That’s a good approach. Listen for the counter, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
Customer: When should this be resolved?
Representative: If you need to follow up, refer to the contact number so the next person can see the history.
Customer: Okay, I’ll do that. And the appointment stays the same, correct?
Representative: Yes, the appointment is unchanged. You’re all set.
Customer: That’s much clearer now. I appreciate your time.
Representative: You’re welcome. Have a good day.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I’d like you to check it.
✕ Tell me the bill.
✓ Could you tell me about the bill, please?
