Diálogo realista
User: Hello. I have a quick question before we get started.
Support: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
User: The file is still uploading.
Support: Thanks. I’ll check the download first and then we can deal with the rest.
User: That part is clear. My question is really about the presentation.
Support: Yes. We normally confirm the presentation and then update the upload.
User: So, just to confirm, that means there is one more step after this, right?
Support: Yes, that’s right. Once the password is confirmed, there shouldn’t be any other action for you today.
User: Could you share your screen?
Support: The only thing to watch is the security, because that can affect the timing.
User: Okay. I brought the permission too, because I wasn’t sure whether it was required.
Support: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
User: Let me show you how this works.
Support: Absolutely. Let’s go through the screen slowly so you know exactly what it means.
User: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Support: Exactly. You don’t need every word. Focus on the account and any instruction that follows it.
User: I’m here because I need help with demo de producto.
Support: If you need to follow up, refer to the error so the next person can see the history.
User: One last check: there’s no change to the access, right?
Support: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
User: Thanks. I’ve written down the main points, so I should be all set.
Support: You’re welcome. I’m glad we could sort it out.
“Just to confirm…” y “So, if I understood correctly…” son recursos normales en inglés profesional y cotidiano.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I need you to explain it.
✕ Tell me the download.
✓ Could you tell me about the download, please?
