Diálogo realista
User: Hi. I’m not completely sure what the next step is, so I wanted to check with you.
Support: Absolutely. Give me the key details and I’ll see what we can do.
User: I can’t access my account.
Support: Right. Let’s start with the security check, because that usually determines the next step.
User: Okay. Could you explain how the security works here?
Support: Sure. In this case, the security depends on the authentication.
User: Let me repeat that back to make sure I understood you correctly.
Support: Correct. The demo is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
User: What would be the best next step?
Support: That’s a good question. If the permission changes, let us know as soon as possible.
User: Got it. I also have the screen with me in case you need it.
Support: Yes. It’s better to have it ready, especially if we need to verify a detail.
User: Should I remove my shoes?
Support: Absolutely. Let’s go through the software slowly so you know exactly what it means.
User: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Support: That’s a good approach. Listen for the login, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
User: I’ve already tried resetting the password.
Support: If anything changes, contact us and mention the verification. That will help us find your details quickly.
User: Before I go, can I confirm the screening as well?
Support: That’s correct. The screening stays exactly as discussed.
User: Great, I know what I need to do now. Thanks for your help.
Support: You’re welcome. Have a good day.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I’d like you to check it.
✕ Tell me the security check.
✓ Could you tell me about the security check, please?
