Diálogo realista
User: Hi there. I need some help with this situation and I have the main information with me.
Support: Certainly. What information do you already have?
User: Could you share your screen?
Support: Thanks. I’ll check the version first and then we can deal with the rest.
User: Okay. Could you explain how the steps works here?
Support: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the steps comes before the browser.
User: Let me repeat that back to make sure I understood you correctly.
Support: Yes, that’s right. Once the bug is confirmed, there shouldn’t be any other action for you today.
User: Let me walk you through it.
Support: It depends on the error message. If that stays the same, the process is straightforward.
User: Okay. I brought the workaround too, because I wasn’t sure whether it was required.
Support: Yes. It’s better to have it ready, especially if we need to verify a detail.
User: I’ll open a support ticket.
Support: Sure. The ticket is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
User: That’s helpful. I understand the general idea; I just want to avoid missing one important detail.
Support: Exactly. You don’t need every word. Focus on the access and any instruction that follows it.
User: I’m here because I need help with reportar un bug.
Support: If you need to follow up, refer to the reproduce so the next person can see the history.
User: Okay, I’ll do that. And the upload stays the same, correct?
Support: Yes, the upload is unchanged. You’re all set.
User: Thanks. I’ve written down the main points, so I should be all set.
Support: No problem at all. Take care.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you explain it.
✓ I’d like you to check it.
✕ Tell me the version.
✓ Could you tell me about the version, please?
