Diálogo realista
Customer: Hi there. I need some help with this situation and I have the main information with me.
Representative: Certainly. What information do you already have?
Customer: Could you check the status for me?
Representative: Thanks. I’ll check the fee first and then we can deal with the rest.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the parcel works here?
Representative: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the parcel comes before the document.
Customer: Could I check one thing? I don’t want to misunderstand the timing.
Representative: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the recipe and you’ll receive confirmation.
Customer: I’m calling about my account.
Representative: That’s a good question. If the moving changes, let us know as soon as possible.
Customer: Got it. I also have the counter with me in case you need it.
Representative: Yes, keep it handy. Someone may ask you to confirm it later.
Customer: Could we go over the details for enviar un paquete?
Representative: No problem. I’ll explain the account in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
Customer: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Representative: Right. In a real conversation, catching the maintenance and the next action is usually enough.
Customer: Is there a reference number?
Representative: If you need to follow up, refer to the request so the next person can see the history.
Customer: Before I go, can I confirm the box as well?
Representative: That’s correct. The box stays exactly as discussed.
Customer: Excellent. I’ll follow those steps and get back in touch if anything changes.
Representative: No problem at all. Take care.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I want that you check it.
✓ I need you to explain it.
✕ Tell me the fee.
✓ Could you tell me about the fee, please?
