Diálogo realista
Customer: Good morning. I’m here to sort out something and I want to make sure I explain it clearly.
Representative: Sure. What would you like to check first?
Customer: What information do you need from me?
Representative: Right. Let’s start with the repair, because that usually determines the next step.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the identification works here?
Representative: Yes. We normally confirm the identification and then update the deposit.
Customer: I want to make sure I’ve got the details right before I continue.
Representative: Yes, that’s right. Once the withdrawal is confirmed, there shouldn’t be any other action for you today.
Customer: Just to confirm, we’re talking about ir al banco.
Representative: It depends on the exchange rate. If that stays the same, the process is straightforward.
Customer: Okay. I brought the address too, because I wasn’t sure whether it was required.
Representative: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
Customer: I’d like to cancel this service.
Representative: Sure. The card is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
Customer: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Representative: That’s a good approach. Listen for the reference number, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
Customer: What exchange rate are you offering?
Representative: For a follow-up, keep the support somewhere easy to find.
Customer: Before I go, can I confirm the contract as well?
Representative: That’s correct. The contract stays exactly as discussed.
Customer: That’s much clearer now. I appreciate your time.
Representative: Of course. Good luck with everything.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you explain it.
✓ Could you confirm it for me?
✕ Tell me the repair.
✓ Could you tell me about the repair, please?
