Diálogo realista
Customer: Good morning. I’m here to sort out something and I want to make sure I explain it clearly.
Representative: Absolutely. Give me the key details and I’ll see what we can do.
Customer: Could you confirm that in writing?
Representative: Thanks. I’ll check the appointment first and then we can deal with the rest.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the support works here?
Representative: Yes. We normally confirm the support and then update the signature.
Customer: I want to make sure I’ve got the details right before I continue.
Representative: Correct. The bill is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
Customer: Thank you for looking into it.
Representative: It depends on the contract. If that stays the same, the process is straightforward.
Customer: Got it. I also have the recipient with me in case you need it.
Representative: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
Customer: What information do you need from me?
Representative: Absolutely. Let’s go through the status slowly so you know exactly what it means.
Customer: Thanks. The vocabulary is actually easier when I can connect it to the situation.
Representative: Right. In a real conversation, catching the service and the next action is usually enough.
Customer: Here is the tracking number.
Representative: If anything changes, contact us and mention the address. That will help us find your details quickly.
Customer: Okay, I’ll do that. And the label stays the same, correct?
Representative: That’s correct. The label stays exactly as discussed.
Customer: Perfect. That answers my questions. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.
Representative: You’re welcome. Have a good day.
“Just to confirm…” y “So, if I understood correctly…” son recursos normales en inglés profesional y cotidiano.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you explain it.
✓ I need you to explain it.
✕ Tell me the appointment.
✓ Could you tell me about the appointment, please?
