Diálogo realista
Customer: Good morning. I’m here to sort out something and I want to make sure I explain it clearly.
Representative: Absolutely. Give me the key details and I’ll see what we can do.
Customer: Thank you for looking into it.
Representative: Thanks. I’ll check the technician first and then we can deal with the rest.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the counter works here?
Representative: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the counter comes before the reference number.
Customer: That makes sense. Can I confirm exactly what happens next?
Representative: Yes, that’s right. Once the outage is confirmed, there shouldn’t be any other action for you today.
Customer: What information do you need from me?
Representative: The only thing to watch is the request, because that can affect the timing.
Customer: Okay. I brought the fee too, because I wasn’t sure whether it was required.
Representative: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
Customer: I’m calling because the service isn’t working.
Representative: Sure. The bill is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
Customer: That’s helpful. I understand the general idea; I just want to avoid missing one important detail.
Representative: Exactly. You don’t need every word. Focus on the account and any instruction that follows it.
Customer: Could you check the status for me?
Representative: If you need to follow up, refer to the contract so the next person can see the history.
Customer: Before I go, can I confirm the confirmation as well?
Representative: That’s correct. The confirmation stays exactly as discussed.
Customer: Thanks. I’ve written down the main points, so I should be all set.
Representative: Of course. Good luck with everything.
