Diálogo realista
Customer: Hi. I’m not completely sure what the next step is, so I wanted to check with you.
Representative: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
Customer: Could you explain the next step?
Representative: Right. Let’s start with the counter, because that usually determines the next step.
Customer: Okay. Could you explain how the document works here?
Representative: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the document comes before the repair.
Customer: I want to make sure I’ve got the details right before I continue.
Representative: Yes, that’s right. Once the contract is confirmed, there shouldn’t be any other action for you today.
Customer: Is there a reference number?
Representative: That’s a good question. If the confirmation changes, let us know as soon as possible.
Customer: That helps. Should I keep the complaint available for the next step?
Representative: Yes, keep it handy. Someone may ask you to confirm it later.
Customer: I’d like to cancel this service.
Representative: Sure. The bill is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
Customer: That’s helpful. I understand the general idea; I just want to avoid missing one important detail.
Representative: That’s a good approach. Listen for the support, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
Customer: Thank you for looking into it.
Representative: For a follow-up, keep the fee somewhere easy to find.
Customer: One last check: there’s no change to the request, right?
Representative: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
Customer: Excellent. I’ll follow those steps and get back in touch if anything changes.
Representative: You’re welcome. Have a good day.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I need you to explain it.
✕ Tell me the counter.
✓ Could you tell me about the counter, please?
