Diálogo realista
Customer: Hi, I was hoping you could help me with something.
Representative: Of course. Tell me what’s happening and we’ll take it from there.
Customer: I’m here because I need help with llevar el auto al mecánico.
Representative: Right. Let’s start with the deposit, because that usually determines the next step.
Customer: That part is clear. My question is really about the fuel.
Representative: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the fuel comes before the insurance.
Customer: Could I check one thing? I don’t want to misunderstand the timing.
Representative: Correct. The service is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
Customer: I’d like to report a problem.
Representative: The only thing to watch is the brakes, because that can affect the timing.
Customer: Got it. I also have the rental car with me in case you need it.
Representative: Yes. It’s better to have it ready, especially if we need to verify a detail.
Customer: Could you check the status for me?
Representative: No problem. I’ll explain the request in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
Customer: That’s helpful. I understand the general idea; I just want to avoid missing one important detail.
Representative: Right. In a real conversation, catching the confirmation and the next action is usually enough.
Customer: Could you explain the next step?
Representative: If anything changes, contact us and mention the appointment. That will help us find your details quickly.
Customer: Before I go, can I confirm the licence as well?
Representative: Yes, the licence is unchanged. You’re all set.
Customer: Perfect. That answers my questions. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.
Representative: You’re welcome. Have a good day.
