That works for me. What should I do next?
Could we confirm the exact time and date?

Diálogo realista
User: Hi, I was hoping you could help me with something.
Support: Absolutely. Give me the key details and I’ll see what we can do.
User: Could you check your permissions?
Support: Thanks. I’ll check the bug first and then we can deal with the rest.
User: I have that. I’m less certain about the security.
Support: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the security comes before the administrator.
User: That makes sense. Can I confirm exactly what happens next?
Support: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the screen and you’ll receive confirmation.
User: Just to confirm, we’re talking about crear una cuenta.
Support: That’s a good question. If the audio changes, let us know as soon as possible.
User: Got it. I also have the upload with me in case you need it.
Support: Yes. It’s better to have it ready, especially if we need to verify a detail.
User: Could you share your screen?
Support: Sure. The reset is simpler than it sounds; there are only two things to remember.
User: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Support: That’s a good approach. Listen for the authentication, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
User: I’ll open a support ticket.
Support: If you need to follow up, refer to the access so the next person can see the history.
User: One last check: there’s no change to the verification, right?
Support: Yes. Nothing else changes there.
User: Perfect. That answers my questions. Thanks for explaining it so clearly.
Support: You’re welcome. I’m glad we could sort it out.
“Just to confirm…” y “So, if I understood correctly…” son recursos normales en inglés profesional y cotidiano.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I need you to explain it.
Evitá copiar estructuras del español. En inglés cambian tanto la construcción como el registro de cortesía.
✕ Tell me the bug.
✓ Could you tell me about the bug, please?
Agregar could y please hace que un pedido de información suene mucho más natural.
