Diálogo realista
User: Hello. I’d like to go over a few details, if that’s okay.
Support: Sure. What would you like to check first?
User: Let me walk you through it.
Support: Okay. The first thing we should look at is the appointment.
User: I have that. I’m less certain about the screen.
Support: Yes. We normally confirm the screen and then update the download.
User: I want to make sure I’ve got the details right before I continue.
Support: Correct. The reference number is the final detail we need before moving ahead.
User: I’m here because I need help with pedir soporte técnico.
Support: That’s a good question. If the browser changes, let us know as soon as possible.
User: Okay. I brought the bill too, because I wasn’t sure whether it was required.
Support: That would be useful. You may not need it now, but it can save time later.
User: Could you check your permissions?
Support: No problem. I’ll explain the device in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
User: Perfect. I’m trying to focus on the key information instead of translating every word.
Support: Right. In a real conversation, catching the audio and the next action is usually enough.
User: I’ve attached a screenshot and the exact steps.
Support: For a follow-up, keep the steps somewhere easy to find.
User: Okay, I’ll do that. And the error message stays the same, correct?
Support: That’s correct. The error message stays exactly as discussed.
User: Before we finish, could you give me one example using “upload” so I know I understood it?
Support: Yes. Think of “upload” as a keyword that tells you what information the other person needs. Once you hear it, respond with the relevant detail rather than a full explanation.
User: Excellent. I’ll follow those steps and get back in touch if anything changes.
Support: Of course. Good luck with everything.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I need you to explain it.
✕ Tell me the appointment.
✓ Could you tell me about the appointment, please?
