Diálogo realista
User: Hi. I’m not completely sure what the next step is, so I wanted to check with you.
Support: No problem. Let’s start with the most important point.
User: I don’t have access to that folder.
Support: Right. Let’s start with the size, because that usually determines the next step.
User: That part is clear. My question is really about the folder.
Support: Of course. The easiest way to think about it is that the folder comes before the account.
User: That makes sense. Can I confirm exactly what happens next?
Support: Exactly. After that, we’ll record the ticket and you’ll receive confirmation.
User: I’ve attached a screenshot.
Support: The only thing to watch is the permission, because that can affect the timing.
User: That helps. Should I keep the security available for the next step?
Support: Yes. It’s better to have it ready, especially if we need to verify a detail.
User: I’m getting an error message.
Support: No problem. I’ll explain the password in plain terms and then you can tell me if anything is unclear.
User: Thanks. The vocabulary is actually easier when I can connect it to the situation.
Support: That’s a good approach. Listen for the software, the time or number, and the action you need to take.
User: Let me walk you through it.
Support: If you need to follow up, refer to the attachment so the next person can see the history.
User: Before I go, can I confirm the drive as well?
Support: Yes, the drive is unchanged. You’re all set.
User: Thanks. I’ve written down the main points, so I should be all set.
Support: Of course. Good luck with everything.
✕ I have a doubt about this.
✓ I have a question about this.
“I have a question” es la opción natural para introducir una consulta concreta.
✕ Can you repeat me that?
✓ Could you repeat that, please?
Con repeat, lo natural es usar directamente el objeto: “repeat that” o “say that again”.
✕ I need that you confirm it.
✓ I need you to explain it.
✕ Tell me the size.
✓ Could you tell me about the size, please?
